WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION Case Study

The Challenge

Develop and deliver a series of workshops for managers from various NGOs to develop their intrapersonal skills. Numbers of staff in attendance may vary between 30 and 80 people.

The Activity

A program of 8 bespoke workshops designed to equip managers with the social, psychological and intrapersonal skills to effectively manage themselves, their teams and relationships with their colleagues, at Headquarters and in the field. Topics included communication skills, stress management, leadership, and engagement.

The Result

“Another great workshop today! Many thanks from all of us who attended. I have already received some great feedback from some of my colleagues, one of whom said it “made her day”. There were some excellent “tools” included in the presentation and even if we only use one or two of them it is guaranteed to make a big difference to our working day.”
