Who

Our partnership adds value to your triple-bottom line

Our workshops and training sessions typically start with groups of 15-20 people, whether conducted in the boardroom or on the factory floor. What we do is contagious, spreading like a virus, often into large group settings such as annual safety days, ‘town hall’ events or corporate conferences.

Our strategic and consulting advice, coaching and mentoring is always face-to-face, either at a one-to-one level with your key executives or EHS team leads, or in small groups. We’ll be happy to guide you, but together we’ll agree how best to structure each project.

Who we work with

Our clients typically include FTSE100 and Fortune 500 multinational organizations, nongovernmental organizations, and international organizations. They include the largest construction company in the world; the world’s deepest gold mine; one of the biggest technology companies; three of the top four brewers; some of the coolest fashion brands; and many of the fastest-growing or longest-established industry leaders in more than twenty different industry sectors, from aviation to shipping, from oil and gas to consumer goods, from manufacturing to mining, from humanitarian aid to international public health - and almost everything in between.

In simple terms, whatever you do and wherever you do it, if you’re truly serious about making a positive difference to the lives of your people at work, in a way that boosts your performance and improves your culture then we’re interested in partnering with you.

We are proud to partner with many organizations around the globe on their safety, health & wellbeing culture, leadership and performance challenges. Here’s a selection of those we’ve been working with recently, we’d love for you to join them here.
